Data Removal
Last updated: October 9, 2026
You can ask Giant Blade to delete your game account and the personal data tied to it at any time. This applies to all of our games, including Born Again on Steam, iOS, and Android.
How to Request Removal
Email support@giantblade.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data Removal Request", and include:
- The email address on your account
- Your username
- Which game the account is for
If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us anyway. We'll work with you to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything.
What Happens Next
- We'll reply to confirm we got your request, and may ask a question or two to verify the account is yours.
- Once verified, we delete your account and its data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Deletion is permanent. Characters, items, progress, and purchased content can't be restored afterward.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account email address and display name
- Characters, inventory, progression, and other gameplay data
- Technical data linked to your account, such as device info and crash reports
What We May Keep
We may keep limited records we're legally required to hold, such as transaction records for tax purposes. These are kept only as long as required and aren't used for anything else. Purchases made through Steam, the Apple App Store, or Google Play are also recorded by those platforms; contact them directly to remove that data.
Partial Requests
Only want a copy of your data, or just some of it removed? Say so in your email. You don't have to delete your whole account. See our Privacy Policy for more on what we collect and why.
